Blenheim Apricots
The Blenheim apricot has been grown in California for over 100 years. Wind Swept Farms, located in San Benito County, California, is lucky enough to still be growing this rare variety. The Blenheim's, which can be enjoyed fresh, canned or dried, are ready for picking late June to early July. Enjoy them as a healthy snack or include them in salads, desserts, and other recipes.
